Q1 : When we install Fan connector on our Fan Master, why the fan can’t run?
A1 : Please make sure whether the fan is running well or change the other brand of fan.
Q2 : How do we do when the temperature showed abnormal?
A2 : Please press both buttons T & F for 3 seconds.
Q3 : Why it can’t control or show the R.P.M of the fan?
A3 : Check whether the fan have signal output cable, without it the R.P.M will not show.
Q4 : Why the LCD display doesn’t work?
A4 : Check power P4 connector does it connect well or not?
Q5 : Can’t operate the buttons, it keep resetting and looks like caused by LCD display?
A5 : Please press both buttons T & F for 3 seconds.
Q6 : Why there’s alarm but the temperature is normal?
A6 : Please press both buttons T & F for 3 seconds.
Q7 : Why the sensor of CPU/HDD/CASE/POWER have no any responses?
A7 : Please change the temperature sensor cable (Note: we will attach sensor slice sticker and please follow our instruction to
        paste on CPU/HDD/CASE/POWER)
Q8 : Why can’t memorize the set temperature?
A8 : Please press both buttons T & F for 3 seconds.
Q9 : Why the fan isn’t stable, stop sometimes change the speed?
A9 : Please check the fan cable or change the other brand of fan
Q10 : Why the temperature doesn’t display?
A10 : Please change the temperature sensor cable.
Q11 : Why the alarm sound keep noising?
A11 : Please press both buttons T & F for 3 seconds.
 
I If the power supply does not operate normally, please check the following:

1. Whether the plug is properly inserted into the outlet.

2. Whether the switch location shows the same input voltage as that of the outlet.

3. Whether the peripheral or the floppy disc.drive connector is correctly plugged.

4. Repeat the I/O several times, each in 5 seconds after the last attempt.

5. If after the aforementioned checks, the power supply remains with failure,please return the product to
    the retailer or dealer for service.
